Addis Standard has reported today that the Ethiopian Air Force has launched an airstrike targeting OLF training camps in Wellega, western Oromia Region of Ethiopia.
The airstrike followed reports that OLF gunmen robbed Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and Cooperative Bank of Oromia in Qellem, Wellega and taken several bank employees hostage. DW Amharic reports that 10 banks have been robbed in western Wellega.
