Ethiopia’s Deputy Prime Minister Demeke Mekonnen has been reelected as chairman of Amhara Democratic Party (ADP), a member party of the ruling coalition, Ethiopian People’s Democratic Front (EPRDF).
ADP is the new name of Amhara National Democratic Movement (ANDM). The organization has changed its name and elected its leaders at its 12th congress that was convened last Saturday. Watch the election in the video below.
