It is terribly aggravating to hear the persistent falsehood by the Ethiopian government and its foreign sponsors about how fast Ethiopia’s economy has been growing over the past 20 years. The numbers tell a different story: Ethiopia, a country that is endowed with enormous natural resources, remains the 15th poorest country in the world, according to BusinessInsider.com. Ethiopia’s extreme poverty is entirely due to bad governance and obscene corruption on the part of government officials. Here is Business Insider’s list:
