Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) is set to introduce a digital platform that will allow customers to pay their utility bills online.
The new system will allow customers to pay their bills through mobile phones and Internet payment systems. Customers can also pay their bills through the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE).
The Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) has been reforming its payment system. The new digital payment system will be implemented at the end of the current fiscal year.
