First lady Zinash Tayachew arrived early this morning at Jigjiga, and Deputy Chief Administrator Mustafa Mohammed welcomed the first lady. The first lady placed a cornerstone for secondary school construction in Jigjiga. The construction is expected to be complete within a year, and the office of the first lady will cover the 20 million Birr construction cost. First lady Zinash will also attend the 8th Ethiopian cities’ celebration that began last Saturday and continues until February 21, 2019.
