Members of the US Center for Disease and Prevention (CDC) organized a workshop in Ethiopia earlier this month to train local health officials. About 31 Ethiopian officials from different health organizations in the East African country participated in the exercise.
“The training invested in the capacity of regional Monitoring and Evaluation leaders to more effectively monitor public health programs, collect reliable data, and identify areas for improvement, ” a statement from the US Embassy in Addis Ababa read.
