Somali police have arrested an American citizen, who attempted to board a plane heading to Addis Ababa from Mogadishu, with teargas canisters on Sunday.
Authorities are still investigating why the American was attempting to travel to Ethiopia with teargas canisters which are prohibited by airlines.
