Felege Hiwot Referal Hospital in Bahir Dar is hit with a severe drug shortage. In an interview with BBC, the hospital’s Executive Manager Abiy Feseha has said that the shortage has occurred because the hospital hasn’t paid its 40 million birr debt due to budget constraints.
