Fifty Rwandan technicians have graduated with diplomas from the Bishoftu Airforce Base after undergoing training for two years.
Airforce commander Brigadier General Yilma Medassa said the graduation of the Rwandan technicians proves that the aviation academy is ready to train both locals and foreigners after years of working toward this goal.
