Up to three million Ethiopians have fled to the Qoloji refugee camp in eastern Somalia over the past 18 months due to inter-ethnic clashes in the country.
Many of the displaced people are from Oromia. About eight million people at the camp reportedly need support to feed themselves daily, while another eight million are severely at risk.
