While M-Pesa is yet to make its foray into the Ethiopian market, a new money app called Amole is already capturing users in the country.
According to Moneta Technologies CEO Yemiru Chanyalewin, Amole is getting up to 12,000 users daily. By November this year, the app had up to 350,000 users with a target to get 2.7 million users by June 2019.
