EPRDF, Ethiopia’s ruling coalition party, is in a tough situation as members of the party, specifically, TPLF and ADP are bad terms. The Central Committee (CC) of Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) released a statement filled with accusations aimed towards the other EPRDF party, Amhara Democratic Party (ADP). In August 2018, Tigray Region President Dr. Debretsion openly stated that the federal system was being destroyed. The statement on July 10, 2019, by TPLF, criticized the ADP on how it handles the federal system in the region.
