Kebour Ghenna asked hard political-economy questions about Ethiopia’s privatisation model

On 14 June 2019 Borkena carried a commentary by Kebour Ghenna Desta titled “Interesting questions,” which pressed political-economy puzzles about Ethiopia’s reform path, including what model of privatisation the state was really choosing.
