On 15 June 2019 New Business Ethiopia reported that Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Service Enterprise, which was lined up for partial privatisation, said it was taking steps to modernise services for import-export customers.
The enterprise linked service upgrades to wider logistics reform as the government prepared to open selected state firms to private and foreign capital.
