On 14 June 2019 Columbia University’s State of the Planet blog described an ACToday-linked training approach that sent agents of change toward climate-vulnerable farmers outside Addis Ababa, opening with the road trip from the capital to Adama about sixty miles away.
The post framed the work as a way to reach smallholders who face drought and weather risk with practical advisory tools rather than with capital-city workshops alone.
Kept as agri-climate archive, the Columbia note dates a mid-2019 training model aimed at Ethiopia’s climate-exposed farms.
