The 57-year-old mother has been dubbed as Lion Mama after stabbing one of the men raping her daughter. She ran two miles to rescue her daughter while carrying the knife she was preparing food with. When she arrived at the scene, she saw her daughter being gang-raped by three men. She managed to stab one of the men, who died before the paramedics arrived and injured the other two. The court sentenced the two men to 30 years in jail. The mother was released after a massive public protest defending her actions.
