Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has launched the construction of Adama-Awash Expressway which is part of Ethio-Djibouti transport corridor.
The 60km toll road will be constructed with an outlay of 6.7 Billion Birr secured from Africa Development Bank.
The Ethio-Djibouti transport corridor accommodates over 90 percent of the nation’s import and export business. Video:
