Southwest Airlines flight with Boeing 737 MAX 8 makes emergency landing in Florida


Boeing’s 737 MAX 8 plane is making headlines again. A Southwest Airlines flight with no passengers aboard made an emergency landing shortly after taking off in Florida on Tuesday.

The flight, which was heading to Victorville, California, made an emergency landing in Orlando. The pilots were forced to bring the plane down due to an engine problem. The plane’s second engine began to overheat after reportedly taking in debris on the run way. Southwest Airlines said the Boeing 737 MAX 8 engine did not blow up or catch fire.
