Some customers have recalled the excellent customer service they received from Ethiopian Airlines when they traveled with the company.
Meanwhile, many countries including China, Germany, and France have grounded commercial flights with the Boeing 737 MAX fleets. However, Boeing has released a statement saying there is nothing wrong with models of the plane.
