One person has died and about 270 others were hospitalized from food poisoning at the Ethiopian Air Force training academy.
Cadets were reportedly having lunch at the Air Force training academy when they started collapsing due to food poisoning. The incident happened on March 1, 2019. The cadets, who fell ill, were trainees of the aircraft maintenance and management department.
The sick cadets have been released from the hospital.
