Airplanes and helicopters found in Unity University

Unity University is one of the companies owned by MIDROC Ethiopia Technology Group. It has branches in the main cities of Ethiopia. Unity University’s Burayu branch was searched after the zone’s police received tips about illegal jails and suspicious properties from residents. After the search, police found airplanes and helicopters in the campus which were out of service. MIDROC explained the situation to DW Radio saying that besides the 2 airplanes found, there are 4 helicopters that are official properties of Trans Nation Airways, member of MIDROC Ethiopia Technology Group. The planes and helicopters are used for transportation and to dispense pesticides.
