Egypt releases 32 Ethiopian prisoners after PM Abiy Ahmed’s trip to Cairo


Egypt has freed all 32 Ethiopian prisoners yesterday, according to Fitsum Arega, Chief of Staff of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

It is also announced that Egypt has promised to help recover the remains of 30 Ethiopians who were massacred in Libya by ISIS.

The Ethiopian Prime Minister is currently visiting Egypt. Watch his joint press conference with Egypt’s President Abdel Fatah el-Sisi at Ittihadia Palace in Cairo.
