An Ethiopian man, who woke up in a coffin last year after he was assumed to be dead, has died.
The man named Hirpha Negero made headlines in November 2018 after he woke up in a coffin. Many people in his village located in the Sibu Sire district of the Oromia region reportedly celebrated the incident as a resurrection.
Mourners, who were shocked when Hirpha woke up, said they thought he had died. Hirpha told the press that after he woke up people ran away and nobody came to help him.
