Ethiopian businessman Ermias Amelga was arrested on corruption charges. The prosecution accused Erimias of conspiring with officials at METEC officials by selling Imperial Hotel at inflated prices without competitive bidding. The charges came up along the on-going corruption investigations on METEC officials. Here is the latest update on Ermias court proceeding.
