Ethiopia and Somalia to separate from Africa

Recent photos taken by drone have shown significant growth in a ground fault that threatens to tear the African continent into two parts. The fault line is now several miles long, 50 feet deep and 20 meters wide.

According to the British newspaper Mirror, these recent footage showed the growth in the huge rift that threatens to tear the continent apart after a potentially devastating seismic activity, which could destroy Kenya’s capital Nairobi.

Geologist predicted that the rift will continue to grow over the coming years, creating ways for ocean waters to flood. As a result, parts of Ethiopia, Somalia and the Horn of Africa could become islands after separating from the continent’s mainland.
