ለሲዳማ ውሳኔ ህዝብ ህዝባዊ ቅስቀሳ ዛሬ በሃዋሳ ከተማና በዞኑ ወረዳዎች ተጀመረ። ቅስቀሳውን እያካሄደ ያለው የሲዳማ ዞን መንግሥት መሆኑም ታውቋል። በአንፃሩ ግን በተቃራኒው በኩል የሚደረግ ቅስቀሳ የለም።
