As per the Supreme Court ruling, the candidates who have earlier submitted their nominations did not have to file them again. However, the new candidates have to submit their nomination papers till February 4.According to a notification released by Returning Officer, the papers would be reviewed till February 8.The nomination papers could be taken back till February 17 while the final list would be issued on February 18.
