Wenfel is a traditional system of working together for a common good which is practiced by different societies of Ethiopia in different regions. Wenfel has the same meaning as other traditional collaborations by the society known as Debo and Jege. This is a weekly program on Mereja TV hosted and produced by journalist Biruck Kebede. A guest from is invited to the studio and raises issues that are relevant to Ethiopia’s unity, societal and economic development, cultural heritage, art, history and so on. This episode brought us the well-known and respected artist Ayalneh Mulat.
