Ethiopian Satellite Television and Radio (ESAT) has been making headlines following the fallout amongst the members. The source of the debate that sparked the fallout was controversy over the ownership and partiality of the station. The station has long been linked with the Ginbot 7 political opposition group considering that most of the board members are also members of the political group. Viewers and followers have been waiting for Tamagne Beyene’s response after he returned to Washington D.C. where ESAT’s headquarters is located at.
