The Oromo Liberation Front (OLF) is a political organization established in 1973 by Oromo nationalists to lead the national liberation struggle of the Oromo people. It is among the opposition parties that entered to Ethiopia following the reconciliation and reform in Ethiopia. The party has been making headlines for questionable activities and controversial statements that have been stirring the country. The recent headlining story comes along with a map presented by the party that included Wollo, specifically the North, as part of Oromia’s territory.
