Artist and human rights advocator Tamagne Beyene recently came to Ethiopia to give a donation to displaced communities in Gedio and Guji. The donation was organized by Global Alliance for the Rights of Ethiopians, a group based in the United States that has been known to advocate for human rights in Ethiopia and led Tamagne Beyene. After donating 31 Million Birr along with World Vision Ethiopia’s 5.7 Million birr donation to help with the resettlement of the displaced residents of Gedeo and Guji, Tamagne took a last stop at National Theatre in Addis Ababa for a special event.
