Tamagne Beyene, an artist, and human rights advocator, led the fundraising movement on the GoFundMe platform to raise 31 Million Birr to help the rehabilitation and resettlement of the displaced people in Gedio. Along with World Vision Ethiopia, Tamagne traveled to visit the temporary camps on May 21, 2019. Upon his arrival with his colleagues, they received a warm welcome.
