Bereket Simon’s arrest along with Tadesse Kassa was a major news yesterday. Former higher officials of Ethiopian People’s Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF) members were arrested on corruption charges related to TIRET Corporate.TIRET Corporate, established in 1985 is an endowment organization registered in Amhara National Regional State. The arrests have been the talk of the town and many analyzed the event from political and judicial aspects.
