Gun permits from other states would be honored in Maryland if one state lawmaker gets his way.Republican Delegate Michael Smigiel Sr., of Cecil County, is proposing a change in the state’s firearms law to honor handgun permits issued by Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
