While fighting has subsided in some areas, relief agencies continue to report fluid population movements. The Government of Ethiopia (GoE) and humanitarian organizations—including U.S. Government (USG) partners—are providing emergency multi-sector assistance in response to acute needs of newly displaced and other affected populations.
