The Role Summary:
The post holder is primarily responsible for the continuous gathering of data concerning all marketing and sales activities, retail level performance and brand (consumer) performance via pro-active strategic thinking and the continuous design and set-up of research and data gathering practices, he/she is constantly able to identify business problems and areas of improvement. Moreover, he/she is responsible for filtering/analyzing results and providing required recommendations, and ultimately for the provision of practical solutions to identified business problems and areas of improvement, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands.
This role is positioned at the managerial level and requires an experienced professional, who will have the opportunity to develop their career further within a very progressive learning and development as well as a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere.
A university-level degree in Marketing Management, Management, and Business Administration OR related business disciplines, ideally ≥ 5 years of progressive experience in the areas of Market Insight and New Product Development with creative, self-starter and market orientated working attitude.
