According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcvuk.com\/news\/read\/publishers-to-receive-cut-of-xbox-one-pre-owned-sales-at-retail\/0116137\">a report from gaming news website <em>MCV<\/em><\/a>, retailers will be allowed to charge whatever they want for pre-owned <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/xbox-one\">Xbox One<\/a> games, however both Microsoft and publishers will receive a percentage of every sale.
