But thankfully for all involved, <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/google\">Google<\/a> is having none of that. Google this week released\u00a0a new Glass development guidelines video that helpfully instructs developers to not \"get in the way\" with their applications. In the video,\u00a0Google\u00a0Senior Developer Advocate Timothy Jordan explains to Glass developers that \"the user's life comes first\" and that \"<a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2013\/03\/12\/google-glass-gmail-third-party-apps-371289\/\">users want Glass there when they need it<\/a>, but out of the way when they don't.\" As <a href=\"http:\/\/news.cnet.com\/8301-10812_3-57579762\/google-glassware-developers-prohibited-from-displaying-ads\/\"><em>CNET<\/em> notes<\/a>, Google is also specifically telling developers that they may not\u00a0\"serve or include any advertisements\" in their apps, so it seems that Glass users won't get\u00a0bombarded with ads for miracle weight-loss drugs while they're crossing the street.
