But rather than requiring subscribers to spend $600 all at once for a smartphone, T-Mobile allowed qualifying customers to take part in a convenient payment plan. The carrier offers popular handsets such as the <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/iphone-5\">iPhone 5<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/htc-one\">HTC One<\/a> for $99 down and payments of $20 per month for 24 months.
