It was previously reported that Blackstone <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2013\/03\/19\/dell-buyout-blackstone-interested-rumor-385504\/\">was considering a last-minute buyout offer<\/a> for the struggling computer company that would be higher than <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2013\/02\/05\/dell-acquisition-details-private-316399\/\">Michael Dell and Silver Lake Management's proposal of $13.65 per share<\/a>.
