Samsung hasn&#8217;t yet officially announced its new flagship phone but is expected to do so on Thursday this week. The phone in the video, <a href=\"http:\/\/sammyhub.com\/2013\/03\/11\/pictures-of-gt-i9502-leaked-could-this-be-the-galaxy-s-iv\/\">found by Sammy Hub<\/a>, has two SIM card slots, so if this is the Galaxy S 4, it&#8217;s likely a variant for certain overseas markets. Unfortunately, the video doesn&#8217;t show off any new software features expected in the Galaxy S 4.<\/p> <span class='embed-youtube' style='text-align:center; display: block;'><iframe class='youtube-player' type='text\/html' width='604' height='370' src='http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/gfzom-RdrwI?version=3&#038;rel=1&%23038;fs=1&%23038;showsearch=0&%23038;showinfo=1&%23038;iv_load_policy=1&%23038;wmode=transparent' frameborder='0'><\/iframe><\/span> <p>Assuming this is what Samsung&#8217;s new phone will look like, some may be disappointed because it uses the same form and design cues found in the Galaxy Note 2 and last year&#8217;s S 3 handset. <a href=\"http:\/\/gigaom.com\/2013\/03\/11\/alleged-galaxy-s-4-images-show-samsung-may-smartly-stick-with-a-proven-design\/\">I still believe that won&#8217;t hurt sales<\/a> &#8212; if there aren&#8217;t any major physical changes in the new phone, that is &#8212; because Samsung is adding useful features on top of Android that competing handsets simply don&#8217;t have: eye-tracking to keep the display on when in use and <a href=\"http:\/\/gigaom.com\/2012\/10\/05\/galaxy-note-2-multi-windows-software-update\/\">two apps running on the display simultaneously<\/a>, for example.<\/p> <p>If this is the Galaxy S 4 hardware, and has the<a href=\"http:\/\/gigaom.com\/2013\/03\/09\/android-this-week-nexus-7-dock-stock-galaxy-s-4-spec-tations-how-to-speed-up-chrome\/\"> expected internals and Samsung software features<\/a>, are you interested or is the same ol&#8217;
