One of the many obstacles on its way to greatness was a lack of quality apps, but that&#8217;s been slowly changing. <\/p>\n<p>Microsoft announced that popular music streaming service Spotify has finally launched on Windows Phone 8. Just like its apps on other devices, Spotify for Windows 8 will bring a premium music streaming experience to users for $9.99 a month. <\/p>\n<p>Unlike its app for other devices, Spotify has received a noticeable redesign for Windows 8 to fit in with the design theme seen across all Windows 8 products. It now sports a clean design that&#8217;s only marred by a putrid yellow background.
