Nano-materials, tiny little particles invisible to the naked eye, help reduce materials needed to produce photovoltaic cells. Companies are also developing photovoltaic sprays and thin film nano-solar panels. Companies like NanoSolar have panels capable of capturing 15.3% of the sun\u2019s light.
