A spokesman explains that \u201cWe  are not here as an occupation force, but as an international partner.\u201d Isn\u2019t  that absurd? The whole world knows we\u2019re there on a mission of mercy, not conquest.  By the way, all of our \u201cinternational partners,\u201d including Britain, France and Croatia,  proudly fly their own flags.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Why not just eat  them?<\/strong> I read that a high school teacher in northern Utah had his students make a 6,400-square-foot  replica of Vincent van Gogh\u2019s famous painting, \u201cStarry Night.\u201d The artwork,  which covered the floor of the school\u2019s gymnasium, was made from two tons of  the colorful Malt-O-Meal breakfast cereal. My only question is,&nbsp;why?<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Buffett is a safer  bet than Obama.<\/strong> Hardly anyone noticed, but on the same day that Obamacare passed the House, U.S. government  debt lost its \u201crisk-free\u201d status. For the first time in history you would earn  less interest loaning money to a private company\u2014Warren Buffett\u2019s Berkshire  Hathaway\u2014than to the U.S. Government. I\u2019m afraid this is just the beginning of  seeing interest rates soar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Another great  quote.<\/strong> <em>The Wall Street Journal<\/em> ran a  fascinating piece called \u201cWhy Psychiatry Needs Therapy\u201d in its Feb. 27-28  weekend edition. In it the author warned, \u201cPatients who seek psychiatric help  today for mood disorders stand a good chance of being diagnosed with a disease  that doesn\u2019t exist and treated with a medication little more effective than a  placebo.\u201d In other words, you\u2019d be nuts to trust a psychiatrist.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2014Chip Wood<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Obama orders our flag taken down.
