Scrubs<\/em> star Donald Faison is being sued<\/a> by a California bank after falling behind on his mortgage for an apartment complex he purchased in Inglewood two years ago for $525,000.<\/p>\n Lawyers for Luther Burbank Savings argue that Faison hasn’t paid the note on the property since November and now owes $514,657.76 in arrears.
