Rod Blagojevich&#8217;s former general counsel to testify at<br \/>\nBlagojevich&#8217;s corruption trial.<br \/><\/br><br \/><\/br>According to the filing, William<br \/>\nJ. Quinlan, counsel to the governor&#8217;s office under Blagojevich, has<br \/>\ndeclined to produce documents or agree to testify because Blagojevich<br \/>\nhas not formally waived his attorney-client privilege.
