A film version of Green Day’s upcoming Broadway musical is in the works, according to reports.<\/p>\n
Tom Hanks’ Playtone Company — which brought ABBA’s Mamma Mia!<\/em> to the big screen in 2008 — is in negotiations to turn Green Day’s American Idiot<\/em> stage production into a movie.
