Does The Boss have a special affinity for equestrian activites? No, but Bruce and Patti&#8217;s daughter,<a href=\"http:\/\/equestrian.teamusa.org\/news\/2009\/11\/20\/young-springsteen-equestrian-prodigy\/29226\"> Jessica, is evidently an equestrian prodigy<\/a>. Who knew?<\/p>\n<p>According to Real Estalker, <a href=\"http:\/\/realestalker.blogspot.com\/2010\/03\/boss-buys-and-sells-at-loss-in.html\">Springsteen purchased the property in 2008<\/a> for $3.1 million, then, a few months later, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zillow.com\/homedetails\/3581-Ambassador-Dr-Wellington-FL-33414\/46915830_zpid\/\">Bruce purchased the home next door<\/a> for $4.6 million. Although Springsteen got $2.95 million for the first home, he initially listed it for sale for $3.95 million.
