<\/span><\/p>\n Spector, 70 — who was sentenced to 19 year-to-life in 2009 for the shooting death of B-movie actress Lana Clarkson — wound up with a bruised nose, black eye, and the loss of a couple of teeth when he mouthed off to “the wrong inmate in the yard,” Spector pal Steven Escobar revealed to The NY Daily News<\/em> Monday.<\/p>\n \u201cPhil has quite a mouth on him. Not everyone understands his humour. He said the wrong thing to the wrong inmate in the yard. At first, Phil said he fell down a flight of stairs.
