The Prius reached speeds of 90-mph. Sikes claims the car nearly caused him to fly over a cliff at these high speeds. He denies that the floormat was the issue.<\/p>\n<p>Sikes called 911 but dispatchers could not help. A police vehicle eventually caught up with him and\u00a0 helped to slow the Prius by driving next to him and instructing him on how to slow the car.<\/p>\n<p>Toyota is looking into the issue.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;ll teach you for buying a damn Prius! Heh.
